    In our article in the July issue of Medicine Today (pages 109 to 112), we drew attention to possible legal ramifications of prescribing medication on the internet without personally examining the patient. Our concerns had been raised by reading allegations against an English doctor who was reported to have prescribed Viagra (sildenafil) on the internet.
