2026 influenza vaccination program resources

New Australian Government resources on the 2026 influenza vaccination pro­gram have been released. The National Immunisation Program has produced advice for health profes­sionals, including guidance on vaccination timing, cell-­based vaccines, special considerations and eligibility, as well as a consumer fact sheet. The Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation has released clinical advice on influenza vaccine administration, including 2026 updates and highlighting formulation and dosing changes.
